Kidney Chili Beans



For the kidney chili beans with chili you’ll need:


½ pound cooked kidney beans (or 1 can cooked kidney beans with 
                             chili, which you just need to warm 
                             the beans in the stove or microave 
                             and ta da - ready!) 
½ tablespoon of coconut oil
2 garlic cloves
1 small shallot onions or other onion of your preference
½ package of chili seasoning (or you can do your own chili seasoning, see recipe here)
½ cup water

how to make :

Add coconut oil in a medium heat pan.  Add the chopped garlic and onion and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add the cooked kidney beans to the pan. Stir and let it cook with the other ingredients.  Mix the chili seasoning with ½ cup of water and add to the pan. Let it steam for 7 to 10 minutes. 

Mix all of the ingredients together and set aside in the refrigerator until it is time to serve.
