For the ground taco beef you’ll need:
½ teaspoon coconut oil
1 lb. sirloin ground beef (grass feed ground beef if you can)
2 garlic cloves
1 small shallot onions or other onion of your preference
salt
2 scallion onions
½ cup of italian parsley
1 package of taco seasoning (or you can do your own taco seasoning mix - look for recipe here)
¾ cups water
how to make:
Add coconut oil in a medium heat nonstick skillet and ground the beef until it is brown. Drain the water if there is any. Chopped the garlic and onion and add to the beef and stir. Add the salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes and add the chopped scallion onions and parsley. Mix the taco seasoning with ¾ of water and add to the ground beef. Cover the skillet with a lid leaving only a little space without covering for the steam. Let it steam for 7 to 10 minutes.
